1. Who these terms are for

These terms apply to anyone who creates an account or otherwise uses ACV Corporation ("ACV", "we", "us"): models, actors, musicians, freelancers, and brands alike. Creating an account means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm the information you provide, including your date of birth, is accurate.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

4. Your content

Photos, portfolio items, your profile quote, and anything else you upload remain yours. By posting it on ACV, you give us permission to display it on the platform so other users can see it. That's it. We don't sell it, license it elsewhere, or claim ownership.

You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.

5. What ACV is (and isn't)

ACV is a platform that helps brands and talent find each other. We are not a party to any booking, shoot, or payment arrangement made between users. Those are agreed directly between you and the other person, on whatever terms you agree between yourselves.

We don't guarantee you'll be booked, that a casting call is genuine, or that any payment will be made. Use your own judgement, and treat arrangements with the same care you would anywhere else.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use ACV to harass or discriminate against other users, post false or misleading information, impersonate someone else, or attempt to circumvent the platform's normal operation. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

7. Privacy

What we collect and how we use it is covered separately. See our contact page if you have questions about your data. You control what's visible on your public profile, including whether your shoot calendar is shown.

8. Liability

ACV is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from arrangements between users, or from content posted by other users.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as ACV changes. Continuing to use ACV after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
