Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account details you give us when you sign up: your name (or brand name), email, and, for models/actors, date of birth. Optional profile details you choose to add: photos, gender, pronouns, height, weight, ethnicity, a bio/quote, location, and social media handles.

Anything you post: portfolio photos, casting call listings, messages you send other users, and shoots you log on your calendar.

2. How we use it

To run your account and show your public profile or listing. To let brands and talent find each other. To remember your preferences (language, accessibility settings, sound) so the site works the way you left it.

We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use two real browser cookies: one to keep you signed in (set by our login system, Supabase), and one to remember your chosen language. Both are strictly necessary for the site to work and aren't used for tracking or advertising.

We also store a few small preferences directly in your browser (not sent to any server): whether you've seen the cookie notice, your accessibility settings, whether sound is muted, and which one-off tips you've already been shown. You can clear all of this any time via your browser's site settings.

4. Who we share it with

Your account data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, and the site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both only process your data to run ACV. We don't share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. If you want your account and data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Most of it you can edit yourself from Edit Profile. For anything else, including full account deletion, contact us directly.

7. Children

ACV accounts are for people aged 16 and over, in line with our Terms of Service.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as ACV changes. Continuing to use ACV after a change means you accept the updated policy.
